This reservation confirmation pricing reflects the estimated charges. Additional charges may be incurred. Tolls, Parking, Wait Time, Additional Stops, etc may not be reflected. We monitor commercial airline arrivals. Grace periods are as follows (15 min non airport / 15 min domestic arrivals / 30 min international arrivals). After the grace period, waiting charges will be added at the hourly rate based upon the vehicle. Flights arriving / departing (scheduled or delayed) or any pickup's scheduled between 10:00PM - 11:59PM and 4:00AM-5:59PM, will be charged a 2 Hr. minimum. Flights arriving / departing (scheduled or delayed) between 12:00AM-3:59AM will be charged a 3 Hr. minimum. Our system automatically places a hold on your credit card 24 hours prior to the pickup time in the amount of 25% more than the actual cost. This hold will be released when the card is charged in the actual amount the next business day. All changes/cancellations must be made at least 4 Hours in advance. If ride is not changed/cancelled before the deadline, customer is responsible for the full fare & all related charges. All buses & specialty vehicles (Including Sprinters and Transits) must be canceled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup time. Special Events (including, but not limited to) Mardi Gras, Superbowl, LSU Home Games, SugarBowl, NBA AllStar, Essence Festival, Jazz Fest, and the Bayou Classic require cancellation a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled service to avoid charges in the full amount. Additional charges apply for extra stops. We are not responsible for services delayed or not completed due to weather or other factors. If you cannot locate your driver, please call (504)374-9911. To avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without communicating with Our Reservation Center.
